Town staff has also received input from oil and gas industry professionals regarding the municipal drilling regulations they operate under in various communities. Staff presented a proposed oil and gas drilling ordinance framework to the Town Council at a public information meeting held on November 11th. This meeting also provided an opportunity to receive input from the Westlake community.
